Fastvan wanted to develop a complex system that connects all stack holders and keep them up to date. We as a technology partner took the challenge. To provide one points solution to users it was required to integrate other international courier services as partners to dynamically get pricing from them and place orders. Live Geo-tracking of customer's delivery orders was required to keep the users notified. Fastvan project demanded a team with a diverse skill set to cover all platform development. Given the scope of the project, a team of diverse skills was required.
We followed the scrum methodology and made sure all the teammates working on different platforms and applications should know the end goal and coordinate with each other when required. The web development team was covering the logistics platform and admin panel for plan, schedule, analyze and track deliveries through a single customization dashboard, this also covered warehouse operations. Native IOS and Android team were communicating with the back-end service team to develop driver experience and customer experience applications.
